Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15mins if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The orders can be cancelled 4 days before delivery / Pickup date, provided we have not begun work on your order.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, since they are perishable products. If there are any concerns/complaints, they should be addressed within 15mins of the delivery / pickup. Upon returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We shall not be liable for any damage, if the product is not stored in the way it should have been, or if it is damaged in transit.
Cancellation by TCP
Under any circumstance, if it may not be possible for us to complete the order or a portion of the order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our discretion.
